• Look for: hands-on experience in interfaces, data mapping, provider EMR connectivity, and system optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile: IT-focused Epic Analyst with hands-on experience in Epic interoperability, provider EMR connectivity, Care Everywhere, Bridges, interfaces, data mapping, data exchange, and system optimization.
• Ideal candidates may hold titles such as: Epic Integration Analyst, Epic Interoperability Analyst, Epic Bridges Analyst, Senior Epic Analyst, or Epic Technical Analyst and have experience supporting healthcare data integrations within payer, provider, or consulting environments.
Certifications: The more the better but relevant technical Epic experience is the primary focus. Flexible on any of these Certs or combo of them:

What they'll be working on:

Experience:

- Preferred backgrounds include payer organizations, large academic health systems, or Epic consulting firms.
- Seeking a senior-level Epic professional who has supported enterprise-scale Epic initiatives.
- People management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong hands-on Epic Analysts without direct management experience will be considered.
