Client: WashU Epic, Professional Billing/revenue cycle
Type: Contract-to-hire, long-term and ongoing
Duration: roughly a 9-12-month engagement to work through the priority list
Location: remote is fine; contract-to-hire candidates may need to be within range to sit on-site as needed
Interview process: resume to our team, initial screen, then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager and supervisor
Summary:
Drives and organizes the operations priority list; takes projects from raw idea through to delivery
Strong project intake, scoping, and status reporting; brings structure and keeps work in a standard process
Experience creating and implementing workflows and processes (portfolio-management mindset)
Epic revenue cycle experience is important; certification is not required
Executive presence and strong communication; can represent the team to demanding stakeholders with emotional intelligence
Change management and communication are critical, not just delivering the build, but building understanding across the ecosystem in partnership with operations
