Job Title: Epic Program ManagerEngagement overview (both roles)- Client: WashU – Epic, Professional Billing/revenue cycle
- Type: Contract-to-hire, long-term and ongoing
- Duration: roughly a 9-12-month engagement to work through the priority list
- Location: remote is fine; contract-to-hire candidates may need to be within range to sit on-site as needed
- Interview process: resume to our team, initial screen, then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager and supervisor
Summary:- Drives and organizes the operations priority list; takes projects from raw idea through to delivery
- Strong project intake, scoping, and status reporting; brings structure and keeps work in a standard process
- Experience creating and implementing workflows and processes (portfolio-management mindset)
- Epic revenue cycle experience is important; certification is not required
- Executive presence and strong communication; can represent the team to demanding stakeholders with emotional intelligence
- Change management and communication are critical, not just delivering the build, but building understanding across the ecosystem in partnership with operations
