Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support and optimize Epic Revenue Cycle applications. The ideal candidate will have strong PB expertise, Epic certification, and hands-on experience with Financial Assistance, Charge Adjustments, Retro Processing, Claims, Statements, and Single Billing Office (SBO).
Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) applications.
Build and optimize workflows for Financial Assistance (FA), Charge Adjustments, Retro Processing, Claims, Statements, and SBO.
Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and production support.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents.
Collaborate with revenue cycle stakeholders to improve billing processes and workflows.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications:
Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification.
5+ years of hands-on Epic PB experience.
Experience with Financial Assistance (FA), Charge Adjustment Review, Retro Processing, Claims & Statement Processing, and Single Billing Office (SBO).
Strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, application build, configuration, testing, and production support.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
