Job Description
Job Title: Epicor Kinetic Support Analyst
Duration: 6 months Contract
Location: Remote
Day-to-Day
- Support Finance, Operations, and Sales across the ERP lifecycle, including account setup, order creation, and downstream processes.
- Troubleshoot user issues, explain Kinetic nuances, and guide users on best practices.
- Gather requirements from the C-suite and business users and translate them into system improvements.
- Help users understand and work with SSRS reporting; Tableau is used for visualization.
- Support improvements to the Kinetic/Salesforce integration through Boomi.
- Assist with Kinetic upgrades and subscription billing workflows.
Musts
- Hands-on Epicor Kinetic support experience across Finance and Operations.
- Understanding of the full ERP lifecycle and cross-functional business processes.
- Strong analysis, requirements gathering, and troubleshooting skills.
- SSRS reporting experience.
- Patient, approachable communication style with executives and everyday users.

- Salesforce/Boomi integration experience.
