Project Description
The client develops III-V semiconductor laser and detector materials, with a focus on MOCVD epitaxial growth for advanced photonic devices including EML and DFB lasers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MOCVD epitaxial growth of III-V semiconductor materials
Optimize growth recipes and process parameters
Support material characterization and troubleshoot MOCVD process/equipment issues
Improve material quality, consistency, and yield
Collaborate with process, device, R&D, and production teams
Support MOCVD equipment maintenance
Mandatory Skills
2+ years hands-on MOCVD epitaxial growth experience with III-V materials
Master's in Materials Science, EE, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related (Bachelor's + strong experience also considered)
