About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team on the first shift in Joliet, Illinois. This position involves performing order picking and packing within a warehouse environment to support efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating RF scanners, handling warehouse procedures, and lifting materials up to 40 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners to process warehouse orders efficiently
• Handle materials and support inventory management through proper product movements
• Operate RF scanning equipment accurately for order fulfillment and inventory support
• Ensure safe handling of items up to 40 lbs, following safety protocols and procedures
• Organize and consolidate inventory to support warehouse operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow standard warehouse procedures and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with RF scanners in a warehouse setting
• Experience in order picking and packing processes
• General warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 40 lbs
