If you've got the drive, we'll help you to reach your goals.\n \nWhat You Can Do (Minimum Qualifications)\n\n You have a background in heavy civil construction, specifically grading, excavation, underground utilities, site work, and/or projects with related scopes. (3-6 years). \n You're passionate about providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback, as well as promoting a safe working environment for all employees. \n You have a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and have current US Authorization to work, or the ability to obtain prior to start without company assistance.\n To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\n \nWage: $23.00-$34.66/hr DOE w/ potential for overtime.
