Job Summary:
Our client, a leading distribution company, is seeking Order Selectors / Electric Pallet Jack Operators for an overnight warehouse role in Carol Stream, IL. This is a contract position with a Sunday through Thursday schedule, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (3rd shift).
Key Responsibilities:
" Safely operate ride-on electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and walkie pallet jacks
" Accurately pick and pack orders
" Use scanners for order selection and inventory tracking
" Assist with receiving and inventory tasks
" Maintain a clean and safe work area
Required Qualifications:
" Experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
" Experience with walkie pallet jacks
" Order picking / order selection experience
" Order packing experience
" Inventory / receiving experience
" Scanner operation experience
" Must pass an in-person interview including an EPJ safety test
Preferred Qualifications:
" 12 months of warehouse experience
" 12 months of ride-on EPJ or forklift experience
About the Role:
Contract duration: Approximately 3,120 hours (full-time, 40 hours per week)
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM 4:30 AM
