Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment (Inserter) Operator to join the Bloomington, IL Team.
 

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures
• Operates equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production not requiring highly specialized training or certifications.
• May do setups, adjustments and cleanups.
• At higher levels may include equipment with multiple inline processes.
• Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.
   

Your Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday
 

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
• Math skills and attention to detail
• Mechanical ability
• Good reading ability
   

We Would Also Prefer:

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members
• Analytical skills
• Good color discernment
   

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $21.00 (+ $1 shift differential). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
