Job Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment distributor in Wendell who is looking for an Equipment Product Manager to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift, direct-hire opportunity working 8am to 5pm.
Job Responsibilities
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product growth
Help develop product strategies, roadmaps, and plans for new products and existing product improvements
Evaluate product performance, pricing, costs, and profitability to support business decisions
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments throughout the product development and launch process
Gather customer and dealer feedback to help guide product features and improvements
Monitor industry developments and competitive products to identify ways to strengthen the product line
Support product launches, sales initiatives, and marketing efforts
Analyze product data and market performance to recommend changes and improvements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product plans align with customer expectations and company goals

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
5–7 years of relevant business experience, with approximately 3–5 years in product development, product management, engineering, or product marketing
Experience evaluating market opportunities, customer requirements, product performance, and competitive offerings
Strong business judgment with the ability to balance customer needs, product capabilities, pricing, and profitability
Experience collaborating across departments, including engineering, sales, and marketing
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% as needed
