• Maintain documentation for equities trading activity and related updates.
• Research exceptions and communicate clear details to the appropriate contacts.
• Prepare routine trade activity updates and reports for internal use.
• Follow established middle-office procedures for equities trading activities.

Profile

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERSEAS TRADING HOURS- 7pm-3am
• Experience with equities trade processing or middle-office activities.
• Experience reviewing trade details and investigating exceptions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple trade-related tasks during the business day.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
• Attention to detail when reviewing trading activity and updates.
