    Job Description:

We are seeking the best talent for the ERLR Sr Analyst role. The ERLR Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting ERLR operations through close collaboration with ERLR Partners and Managers on a broad range of employee relations matters. Serving as a trusted first point of contact for ERLR inquiries and policy-related questions, this role provides clear, timely guidance to employees and managers while ensuring alignment with company policies, employment regulations, and ERLR standards.

This position combines hands-on case management with team leadership responsibilities. The ERLR Senior Analyst independently manages performance management and employee relations cases of moderate complexity, exercising sound judgment to resolve issues directly or escalate them appropriately based on risk and complexity. In parallel, the role provides day-to-day guidance to a small team of Analysts, supports capability building, and acts as a key escalation point for more sensitive or complex queries from employees and managers.

The ERLR Senior Analyst also contributes to continuous improvement across ERLR processes and operations. This includes ensuring the timely and effective management of cases within the assigned region, triaging requests, monitoring case progress, following up on actions, and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived. In addition, the role analyzes ERLR metrics and workforce trends to provide meaningful insights that help ERLR professionals manage cases proactively, identify emerging risks, and support data-driven decision-making.

Success in this role requires a strong balance of execution excellence and leadership presence. The ERLR Senior Analyst is accountable for resolving service requests within defined timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy, and consistency. The role demands discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality, integrity, and respect. It also involves reinforcing best practices, promoting consistent application of ERLR processes, and helping establish clear working standards across the team.

Additionally, the ERLR Senior Analyst should maintain operational continuity, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the team remains aligned on priorities and service expectations.
