    Job Description

    The Emergency Department Technician I reports to the Nurse Manager. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Emergency Department Technician I performs multi-skilled activities to support a decentralized patient-centered approach to patient care and achieve desired outcomes.

    Additional Job Description

    Education: Completion of EMT, Nurse Assistant or related clinical program Credentials: Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire. Thereafter, must maintain. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
