ERISA Attorney

A well-regarded regional Virginia law firm is looking for an ERISA attorney to join its employee benefits practice in Tysons Corner. You'll handle sophisticated benefits and executive compensation work for a wide range of clients, with a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on the design, implementation, administration and compliance of:
  • Tax-qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, defined benefit, 403(b), 457(b) and Employee Stock Ownership plans
  • Health and other welfare benefit plans
  • Internal Revenue Code Section 125 cafeteria plans
  • Executive compensation arrangements
  • Equity and equity-based compensation plans and agreements

What you bring

• At least 5 years of ERISA and employee benefits experience
• Active Virginia bar admission required
• Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills

• Hybrid work arrangement based in Tysons Corner, VA
