Role Overview & Expectations:
- Lead end-to-end ERP process design, documentation, and mapping
- Oversee integrations across Acumatica, Lightspeed, Shopify, and TapMango
- Build leadership dashboards for visibility and decision support
- Conduct root-cause analysis on data and operational inconsistencies
- Drive UAT, training, rollout coordination, and cross-department alignment
- Work directly with COO and CEO to stabilize and scale the RSH operating system
