Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Strategy Lead Analyst in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Strategy Lead Analyst to join our enterprise transformation team. This role is essential in shaping how our large-scale health system leverages ERP solutions to drive operational efficiency and support our clinical mission. The ideal candidate has deep functional exposure to ERP capabilities, business process design, and system evaluation within complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Analysis:
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define future-state business requirements across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
  • Support the development of long-term ERP roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational growth and operational priorities
  • Monitor industry trends, specifically focusing on cloud-based AI and automation, to assess their applicability to the healthcare environment
  • Translate internal business requirements into selection criteria and RFP content for vendor evaluations
  • Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics within core workflows
System Implementation and Optimization:
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses between business needs and standard ERP functionality (specifically targeting modern cloud platforms)
  • Develop functional requirements, user stories, and process flows to guide system configuration and design
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure solutions meet leading industry practices
  • Review test scenarios and outcomes to validate that the system meets complex business needs
  • Analyze post-go-live utilization patterns to recommend continuous optimization and enhancements
Data and Governance:
  • Define data standards and governance practices to maintain a healthy ERP ecosystem
  • Refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ERP data effectively supports executive decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead in ERP strategy or optimization
  • Direct experience with large-scale ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud, or SAP)
  • Experience in healthcare operations or a similarly complex, multi-site industry is highly preferred
Technical and Soft Skills:
  • Deep understanding of core business cycles: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire
  • Proficiency in gathering requirements and designing business processes for cloud-based systems
  • Ability to interpret complex data and explain findings to non-technical leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
