Errand Runner

Do you enjoy staying active, working independently, and having a flexible schedule? Dauby Real Estate is seeking a dependable, part-time errand runner to support our real estate team with important daily tasks. Responsibilities may include placing signs at new properties, delivering documents, and completing various errands that help keep our operations organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling a range of responsibilities. Real estate experience is not required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, with hours varying based on the team’s needs from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Putting out For-Sale signs and directional signs
• Switching sign riders out
• Picking up and delivering documents to various places
• Driving the company van to various locations across Southwest Indiana

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving our company van
• Ability to complete tasks on time
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to lift and carry real estate signs (light to moderate lifting)
