Escrow Assistant

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Escrow Assistant for a temp-to-hire position in a welcoming and collaborative Roseville office. This role requires 1-2 years of experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with SoftPro. The successful candidate will support one of the Escrow Officers and handle various client-facing responsibilities, making customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide general escrow assistance to support the office's operations.
• Engage in both written and oral communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Handle funding packages and write-ups accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct e-recordings via computer, maintaining precision and confidentiality.
• Follow up on demands and track necessary documentation diligently.
• Participate in auditing files, with training provided as necessary.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an escrow or similar role.
• Experience with SoftPro is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a smaller office environment.
• Proficiency in handling various administrative tasks related to escrow processes.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, onsite in Roseville, California.

Benefits

This position offers a salary of $30 - $32 per hour, with bonus opportunities available upon permanent hire.
