Escrow Officer

Currently, we have an ESCROW OFFICER opportunity with an independent escrow company located in the heart of Los Angeles, dedicated to providing professional, accurate, and timely escrow services. Join a growing, independent escrow company focused on smooth transactions, expert guidance, accuracy, and timely closings. Work alongside experienced escrow professionals and leadership while handling diverse residential, commercial, refinance, exchange, and business transactions.

The ESCROW OFFICER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
 
Your specific duties will include:

• Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies and other parties.
• Review and prepare escrow documents and closing instructions.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients and transaction partners throughout the escrow process.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Experienced Escrow Officer with a strong understanding of the escrow process.
• Established book of business is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Experience with RBJ preferred.

Pay Rate Range : $50-70K plus bonus

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
