ESPORTS COORDINATOR 

OVERVIEW: 
DeSales University, in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, is a Catholic, private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts university. Founded by the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales in 1964, the 550-acre suburban campus is located about 50 miles north of Philadelphia and 90 miles southwest of New York City. A total enrollment of nearly 3,000 includes undergraduate day, evening, and graduate students. DeSales has approximately 130 full-time faculty members and offers 50 bachelor's degrees, 14 graduate programs, and a number of certificates in a wide range of disciplines.

POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Esports Coordinator oversees the daily operations including facility management. The Coordinator will also organize the competitive calendar including managing the remote coaching staff and competitive players. It is imperative that the Coordinator foster an inclusive gaming community on campus to recruit and retain players but also engage the general student population. The Esports Coordinator works with the Varsity Esports Program Director, Vice President of Student Life and the Director of Undergraduate Admissions to ensure that measurable goals are achieved each academic year.
