Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Assist with estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related legal matters.
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents while maintaining accurate client files.
- Manage case deadlines and communicate with clients, attorneys, financial professionals, and third parties.
- Coordinate appointments, document execution, and follow-up with clients as needed.
- Provide exceptional client service throughout each stage of the legal process.
- Support attorneys with case management and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar plus:
- CA Bar in good standing
- 3+ years of Estate Planning Experience
