Estate Planning Paralegal

I'm working with an established law firm that's expanding and looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal to join its team on-site in Johnston, RI. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys estate planning work and wants to grow with a firm that's actively building its practice. They're ready to interview and hire right away.

What you'll do:

- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other estate planning documents for attorney review

- Prepare for and coordinate client signings and document executions

- Communicate with clients to gather information and keep matters moving

- Assist with trust funding and related asset transfers

- Maintain organized client files, deadlines, and calendars

- Support attorneys on a range of estate planning and related matters

What you'll bring:

- Paralegal experience in estate planning, trusts, or a related practice area

- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
