Location

Jupiter, Florida — full-time, on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys direct client interaction and working collaboratively with an experienced legal team.

Note

Candidates must have an active Florida Bar license and 2+ years of directly relevant estate planning and probate experience. Candidates must be available to work on-site in Jupiter, Florida.

Job Description

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies designed to protect assets, provide for loved ones, and accomplish their long-term goals.
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters from initiation through resolution.
  • Guide personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and families through complex legal and administrative processes.
  • Meet directly with clients to understand their goals, explain legal options, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Prepare and review probate pleadings, court filings, and other required legal documents.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other professionals involved in estate matters.
  • Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to provide efficient, high-quality legal service.
  • Take ownership of assigned matters while maintaining strong attention to client service and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of estate planning and probate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage matters while knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional, compassionate, and comfortable working with clients on sensitive personal and family matters.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Jupiter, Florida.
