Location
Jupiter, Florida — full-time, on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys direct client interaction and working collaboratively with an experienced legal team.

Job Description
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies designed to protect assets, provide for loved ones, and accomplish their long-term goals.
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.
- Handle probate and estate administration matters from initiation through resolution.
- Guide personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and families through complex legal and administrative processes.
- Meet directly with clients to understand their goals, explain legal options, and provide practical recommendations.
- Prepare and review probate pleadings, court filings, and other required legal documents.
- Communicate clearly with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other professionals involved in estate matters.
- Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to provide efficient, high-quality legal service.
- Take ownership of assigned matters while maintaining strong attention to client service and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of estate planning and probate experience.
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage matters while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional, compassionate, and comfortable working with clients on sensitive personal and family matters.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Jupiter, Florida.
