Estate Planning & Probate Attorney: Rewarding Client Work in Suburban Pittsburgh

Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania office. The practice serves individuals, families, and business owners throughout Western Pennsylvania with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related matters.

This is an in-office role in Cranberry Township, where you will work closely with experienced partners and a dedicated team of paralegals.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and business succession planning strategies
• Administer estates and trusts, including probate filings and Orphans' Court matters
• Prepare Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns and assist with fiduciary accountings
• Assist with trust and estate disputes, including will contests and fiduciary matters

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of estate planning, probate, or trusts and estates experience
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania probate and inheritance tax practice
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus
• Excellent drafting and client communication skills
