About the Role:
Laughing Waters Spa LLC in Minneapolis, MN is looking for a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, exfoliation, and deep cleansing services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Provide waxing, tinting, and other body and facial hair removal services
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products tailored to their skin type
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with state regulations
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Stay current on the latest esthetics trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Esthetician license required
• Experience in a spa, salon, or medical esthetics setting preferred
• Proficiency in facial treatments, waxing, and skin analysis
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a loyal clientele
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
