Located at the new Boundary at Bluhawk Shopping Center in Overland Park, Kansas, Spavia is a luxury day spa where guests come to Relax, Recenter, and Renew.

Strong Earning Potential

We know compensation matters.

Average pay per 50-minute facial: $52-$56, including gratuity

Our compensation structure provides additional earning opportunities as you perform more advanced and upgraded treatments.

Service Earnings Include:

     Signature Facial | 50 minutes | $52-$56

     Advanced Facials & Exfoliation | 40-60 minutes | $57-$61

     Upgraded Treatments | 70 minutes | $62-$66

Additional earning opportunities include:

     Service enhancements

     Retail sales

     Bonuses

     Repeat guests and loyal members

Most guests choose advanced or upgraded treatments, creating strong earning opportunities for skilled Estheticians.

Experienced Estheticians working approximately 30 hours per week with an 80% booked schedule may earn $70,000-$75,000+ annually.

Compensation is based on experience.

This is a W-2 position, so you can focus on your guests while we handle the marketing, scheduling, supplies, and operational support.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Esthetician at Spavia, you'll provide personalized, results-driven skincare treatments with exceptional attention to detail.

You'll have the opportunity to:

     Perform customized facials and skincare treatments

     Provide advanced skincare and exfoliation services

     Recommend appropriate enhancements, including services such as microcurrent and Dermaflash

     Educate guests on effective at-home skincare regimens

     Recommend professional products to support guest skincare goals

     Help guests achieve their personal skincare and wellness goals

     Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room

     Build lasting relationships with guests

     Work alongside a supportive and professional spa team

A Schedule Designed With Balance in Mind

We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.

     Full-time and part-time opportunities

     Weekend and evening availability preferred

     10-minute turnover between services

     Typical shifts of approximately 5-6 hours

     A schedule generally equivalent to four or five facial services per shift
