Estimator - Commercial Construction

Tired of bidding everything that moves and winning the wrong work?

OKC's nonresidential construction is forecast to jump 22% this year, so there's plenty to chase. I have a client, a well-established commercial general contractor, who wants an Estimator with a real voice in the work they go after.

What's in it for you:

- Up to $130K depending on experience, plus full benefits

- Office-based role in OKC

- Room to grow

What you'll do:

- Takeoffs and estimates from conceptual through hard bid

- Solicit and level sub bids

- Build proposals and hand jobs off cleanly to the PMs

What you bring:

- 3+ years estimating with a commercial general contractor (senior-level folks, let's talk too)

- Local to OKC

Confidential, no resume required to start. Are you available for a quick call this week?
