• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects to support budget planning.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope details to identify cost requirements.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and organize estimate information for accurate pricing.
• Request, review, and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build estimate summaries that clearly outline labor, material, and project costs.
• Identify cost changes and update estimates as project information develops.
