Estimator - Construction - Brooklyn

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes to define estimate requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Measure quantities from drawings and documents to support accurate pricing.
• Request and review pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for project bids.
• Compare bids and cost inputs to identify clear pricing assumptions and gaps.
• Maintain estimate files, cost worksheets, and supporting documentation.
• Work with construction team members to clarify scope details and estimate needs.
• Update estimates when project documents or pricing information changes.
