Estimator - Construction Company

Vic's Concrete Breaking is hiring for an Experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of successful Demo/Concrete Breaking and Saw cutting estimating

We're looking for a Salesperson/Estimator to join our team, with at least 5 years of successful experience in concrete breaking, demo, and saw cutting; someone who can confidently walk a job site, understand the specs, and craft proposals that are clear, strategic, and profitable. The right candidate will need to bid on projects, build client relationships, and bring in new business opportunities.

Job Duties include:

Full cycle estimating, proposal creation, and project management of the job to completion.

Requirements:

Clean driving record, organization, reliability, professionalism, experience in construction sales, estimating, and or project bidding preferred. Strong communication and networking skills. Driven and taking initiative, a team player approach, and strategic work to ensure the success and profitability of projects. Ability to bring new work and expand client base. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, property owners, and developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year base minimum with commission and bonus structure - earn more as you meet/exceed sales goals.
