Estimator

The Estimator will report to the Preconstruction Manager and play a critical role in developing accurate project budgets, evaluating opportunities, and supporting business growth.

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing proposals
• Analyze project risks, scopes, and value engineering opportunities
• Prepare bid packages, budget reports, and pricing presentations
• Collaborate with project management and field operations teams during preconstruction
• Maintain accurate estimating databases and historical cost information
• Support client meetings, bid interviews, and contract negotiations as needed

For the Estimator role, we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of estimating experience within the construction industry
• Experience estimating commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, OST, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar platforms
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
