Estimator - Healthcare Construction

We are currently seeking a professional Estimator with healthcare/life sciences experience to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career with a reputable company in the construction industry.

Estimator Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing for projects
- Prepare and submit accurate bids to clients
- Maintain and update cost databases and project schedules
- Evaluate completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs

Estimator Essential Job Functions:
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software

Estimator Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and estimating software
