Job Description

Our client is seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support workplace and corporate interiors projects in Los Angeles. • Yearly learning and development allowance
  • Strong benefits package with employee-paid premiums

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Update cost plans throughout design development to reflect evolving scope and specifications.
  • Support tendering, bid analysis, and commercial evaluations.
  • Work with designers and project teams to align design objectives with project budgets.
  • Conduct site visits and participate in construction meetings to maintain practical delivery knowledge.
  • Support construction delivery and potentially manage smaller projects.
  • Use estimating and cost-planning tools to develop accurate budgets and improve project processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify cost risks and opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • General Contractor (GC) experience required; design-build preferred.
  • Experience delivering quality workplace or corporate interiors projects.
  • Skilled in cost planning, detailed estimates, trade breakdowns, and bid analysis.
