What You'll Do
Prepare residential electrical estimates and material takeoffs
Review blueprints and construction plans
Assist with bid preparation and proposal development
Obtain pricing from suppliers and vendors
Identify project scopes and requirements
Maintain organized project records and documentation
Collaborate with project managers, builders, and internal teams
What We're Looking For
Residential electrical experience preferred
Estimating experience is a plus but not required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of residential electrical systems and materials
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer proficiency, including Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Journeyman Electrician license preferred, not required
Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience preferred
Must have clean driving record
