High standards? Ready for a change? Our client, a well-respected Berkshire County electrical contractor with an 80-year family legacy, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join their team.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and residential electrical projects.

• Review plans, specifications, labor needs, and material costs.

• Coordinate projects from initial planning through completion.

• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and field crews to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 15 years of experience across all phases of commercial and residential electrical work.

• Strong estimating, project planning, and organizational skills.

• The ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and follow through.

• Pride in your work and a commitment to doing the job right.
