Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Design & Architecture<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Design, build, test, and document end -to -end ETL and
ELT solutions<\/b> leveraging Informatica IICS and Snowflake.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Architect and implement high -performance, scalable
data pipelines<\/b> for both real -time and batch processing.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Define and enforce data lineage, data mapping, and
transformation standards<\/b> to ensure accuracy and traceability.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Design and operate data models and lakehouse
solutions<\/b> supporting reporting, analytics, and data science.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Implement data ingestion and automation frameworks<\/b> using
IICS, Python, and SQL -based workflows.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure data cataloging, metadata management, and
lineage validation<\/b> are integrated throughout ETL processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Design and implement data security, auditing, and
change management processes<\/b> aligned with enterprise standards.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Leadership & Delivery<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Lead a team of data engineers in solution design,
sprint execution, and delivery of high -quality data assets.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Mentor junior technologists and contribute to
professional development within the data engineering team.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Collaborate closely with product managers, scrum
masters, and cross -functional teams<\/b> to define stories, prioritize
deliverables, and align technical solutions with business objectives.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Drive adoption of Agile methodologies<\/b>, coding
standards, peer reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment
(CI/CD<\/b>) best practices.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and
release management activities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Communicate project progress, issues, and
recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Operations & Optimization<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Continuously improve and stabilize ETL automation,
monitoring, and fault tolerance<\/b> mechanisms.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance,
scalability, and cost efficiency<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Contribute to data governance, cataloging, and
system documentation<\/b>, ensuring shared understanding of data assets.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Partner with data quality and operations teams to
maintain reliable production systems and resolve issues proactively.<\/span><\/span>

Required Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s Degree<\/span><\/b> in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent combination of
education and experience (12+ years in technology).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 7+ years<\/span><\/b> of experience in Data
Engineering and ETL development<\/b>, including architecting and
implementing scalable data applications and pipelines.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 7+ years<\/span><\/b> of hands -on ETL
development experience with Informatica<\/b>, including 4+ years with
Informatica IICS<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 5+ years<\/span><\/b> of experience designing
and developing Snowflake -based data solutions<\/b> and workflows.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 5+ years<\/span><\/b> of experience with AWS
cloud services<\/b> (S3, Glue, EC2, Lambda) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins<\/b> or Azure DevOps<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Strong proficiency in SQL<\/b> and Python<\/b> for
ETL automation and data transformation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience with data lineage, data quality, cataloging,
and metadata management<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse<\/b> environments
and best practices.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience implementing software engineering
standards<\/b> including Agile delivery, source control, testing, and
peer reviews.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Proven ability to mentor, lead, and collaborate<\/b> with
cross -functional engineering and business teams.<\/span><\/span>

Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Informatica IICS Certification<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/li> - AWS Certified Solutions Architect<\/span><\/b> or
equivalent certification<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience in banking or financial services<\/b>,
especially with regulatory or compliance data<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Exposure to Dataiku<\/b> or similar data science
and automation platforms<\/span><\/span>
