Evening Cook Part Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep, including washing, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Support closing duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing food and tools.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening shifts consistently.
