Join our growing team! Minimum Requirements: LPC, LCSW, LMFTOur goal is simple, we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients.
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days in person. Your hours will be discussed once you complete training and onboarding satisfactorily. 
 We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Given the high demand for sessions between 3PM TO 9PM, success in this role requires availability during these peak hours.What we offer:

Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, performance bonuses and more). They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office. 
 Desired experience and qualifications:
  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university 
  • Candidates must be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of New Jersey license
  • Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
  • Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
  • A general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation 
Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session within 24 hours
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour
