Your Role as a Dynamic Kitchen Team Member
- Prepare, cook, and assemble Chick-fil-A’s delicious menu items safely and efficiently
- Follow precise recipes and quality standards to keep food fresh, hot, and accurate
- Rotate through various kitchen stations including cooking, prep, and stocking
Key Responsibilities
- Prep ingredients like produce, chicken, and sauces
- Restock kitchen items and maintain organized stations
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Handle kitchen equipment properly and complete opening or closing tasks
Teamwork & Environment
- Communicate effectively with teammates and support other stations as needed
