Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Evening Shift Production Saw Operator to join our team. As a crucial member, you will be responsible for operating sawing equipment to produce metal parts of precise dimensions safely and efficiently. Your role ensures our high standards of quality and service are met during the evening shift at our Nampa, ID facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production sawing equipment for evening shift to cut metal materials according to specifications.
• Ability to correctly read a tape measure.
• Frequently use an overhead crane as well as operating forklifts and side loaders.
• Interpret and execute job orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

Performance Objectives:

• Achieve 100% adherence to production schedules and quality standards on evening shifts.
• Maintain a record of zero safety incidents by following safety protocols.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in equipment handling and production techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating production saws or similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and measurements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
