Small locally owned Ice Cream Store in the North Hills of Pittsburgh (McCandless) in looking for an Assistant Manager.
Oversee Front of the Store
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction – served in appropriate time using proper customer service skills
- Product Quality Checks – check procedures/weights/sizes of products
- Provide customer service as needed
Staff Issues
- Mentor scoopers
- Train new scoopers
Store Operation
- Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed
- Ice Cream Making (as back up of ice cream maker)
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
