Overview
The Event and Content Coordinator is a foundational piece in Chick-fil-A Lancaster’s Marketing Team. The position creates digital content and coordinates events while cultivating emotional connection marketing and promoting sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content that reflects Chick-fil-A Lancaster’s brand, culture, and values (plan, capture, edit, and publish content)
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics to identify opportunities to increase reach, interaction, and brand awareness
- Plan, coordinate, and execute restaurant events, community activations, and promotional initiatives
- Part-time role (~5-10 hours in store each week for both content capturing and event execution)
- Collaborate and actively communicate with the marketing team and leadership
