Description

Event ManagerPlan, manage, and execute mid- to high-complexity marketing and experiential events from concept through post-event follow-up. Coordinate all event workstreams, including content development, creative activations, registration, communications, venue logistics, and budget management. Partner with business stakeholders to create strategic event plans aligned with commercial objectives and audience insights. Oversee end-to-end event execution, ensuring adherence to brand standards, business goals, and budget requirements. Evaluate event performance and lead post-event debriefs to measure brand impact and overall success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, Multimedia, Digital Events, and Facilities to deliver seamless event experiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Proven ability to manage multiple complex events and projects simultaneously from planning through execution. Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business objectives into impactful event experiences. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management platforms such as Cvent. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapting to changing priorities. Willing and able to travel approximately 50% for event execution. Experience within financial services or another large, complex global organization is preferred.Hourly pay in the range of $40 to $45, depending on experience and qualifications.
