Event Marketing Associate - Entry Level

Synergize supports nonprofit partners through event marketing and community awareness initiatives. We are looking for an Event Marketing Associate to help prepare and deliver engaging, organized, and professional campaign experiences at approved events.

No previous event marketing experience is required. This position is suited to candidates who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and learning through hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare event materials, displays, and campaign information.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down outreach stations.
• Welcome attendees and introduce them to relevant nonprofit initiatives.
• Share approved campaign information and answer general questions.
• Coordinate with teammates to maintain an organized event presence.
• Track event activity and communicate operational needs to the team.
