About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare professional, organized spaces for promotional activities and special events. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, staying active, and working with a team to ensure everything is ready before an event begins. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, displays, signage, equipment, and promotional materials.

• Arrange event spaces according to assigned layouts and instructions.

• Organize supplies and confirm materials are ready before activities begin.

• Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.

• Assist with dismantling displays, packing supplies, and storing equipment after events.

• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.

• Follow safety guidelines when handling equipment and moving materials.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on tasks.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments efficiently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous event setup experience is helpful but not required.
