About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, brand activations, and other organized events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and making sure event spaces are ready for guests and attendees.
Training will be provided, and previous event experience is not required for candidates who are dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces according to instructions and event requirements.
- Arrange tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies.
- Check that event materials are organized and ready before activities begin.
- Assist with moving and positioning event equipment and supplies safely.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.
- Help dismantle displays and organize materials after events.
- Communicate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions throughout event preparation and breakdown.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive to instructions.
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks and remain active throughout a shift.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a changing event environment.
- Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, retail, or similar work is an advantage but not required.
