About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, brand presentations, and special gatherings. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organizing materials, and working with a team to ensure every event is ready to welcome attendees.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, displays, signage, equipment, and promotional materials.

• Arrange event spaces according to assigned layouts and instructions.

• Organize supplies and verify that necessary materials are ready before activities begin.

• Maintain clean, orderly, and professional event areas.

• Assist with dismantling displays, packing supplies, and storing equipment after events.

• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks efficiently and on schedule.

• Follow safety guidelines when handling equipment and moving materials.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on tasks.

• Ability to follow instructions and manage assigned responsibilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team.

• Comfortable being active throughout the workday and moving materials within the physical requirements of the role.

• Previous event setup experience is helpful but not required.
