Position Summary

We are looking for energetic and reliable Event Staff members to assist with promotional activities, event preparation, and attendee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, interacts comfortably with the public, and takes pride in helping events run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event spaces, arranging materials, and organizing promotional displays.
• Welcome attendees and provide general information about event activities.
• Help distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant company offerings.
• Support event registration, attendee direction, and other assigned activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas throughout each assignment.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and address changing event needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown while following established safety procedures.
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with a positive and professional attitude.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of people.
• Previous event or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
