Introduction

We are seeking energetic, dependable, and personable Event Staff members to help deliver well-organized and engaging experiences at events and promotional activities. This position is suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, collaborating with a team, and taking an active role in creating positive experiences for attendees. Training and support will be provided to help team members perform their responsibilities confidently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown according to assigned requirements.
• Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities and schedules.
• Support promotional displays, product demonstrations, and interactive experiences.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event environment.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Respond courteously to attendee questions and direct requests when necessary.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and help engage visitors.
• Assist with packing materials and organizing event resources after activities conclude.
