Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc. is looking for reliable and energetic Event Staff members to assist with event preparation, attendee engagement, and on-site activities. The successful candidates will help ensure events operate smoothly while providing a welcoming atmosphere and professional support to visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event spaces, displays, equipment, and promotional materials.

• Welcome attendees and provide general information about event activities.

• Help direct visitors and support registration or check-in procedures when needed.

• Distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant company offerings.

• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas.

• Coordinate with event coordinators and team members to complete assigned tasks.

• Monitor event supplies and communicate shortages or logistical concerns.

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and storage of event materials.

• Respond to routine attendee questions and refer complex requests to the appropriate person.

• Follow event instructions and applicable safety procedures throughout each assignment.
